FIBONACCI LEVELS (READ THIS ONE, VERY COOL)

The Fibonacci levels are what we call the floor of support or ceiling of resistance when looking at a trading window.

It is named after the Italian founder Leonardo Fibonacci from the late 1100’s AD. 

The calculation comes from the Golden Ratio which is found in every facet of nature from atoms to stars and galaxies to all forms of nature.

It is the natural response of expansion and retraction that causes nature and in this case financial markets to be balanced in how they operate. This means the financial markets do follow the natural order of life itself. It is actually quite amazing.

Through the Golden Ratio over time it has been found that when you pick a price of a security or a range of a price and the markets change by 23.6%, 38.2%, 61.8% or 78.6% from the price point entered then their is a good chance once it hits one of these %’s the market will begin to balance itself out and either retract from a ceiling or expand from a certain Fibonacci price based on the natural order of things. If it does break through lets say the 23.6% Fibonacci level then it creates a new nature balancing floor of 38.2% and the new ceiling is now 23.6%. Now you know : )

KNOW YOUR ARCHETYPES

Do you think everyone is equal?
Do you treat all of your clients the same?
Do you know your archetypes you have?

An Archetype is just a type of person or thing that you deal with. 
What if you were to first list who you work with then answer a few questions then change your marketing based on these responses. 
I learned this concept from a book called Evergreen by Fleming. Great read!

If your an LO your archetypes would be prospect, interested prospect, new client, active client, processors, management, post closing. Anyone you can think of that you run in to.

Now ask these questions:
What is a day in the life for one of them
What are their fears or frustrations
What thoughts go through their minds
What keeps them up at night
What motivates them to move forward
What gets them excited
What pain points are holding them back
How do they communicate or social networks or sites

Now when you market or communicate with any of these DIFFERENT people that you interact with each day and you can answer these questions imagine the results you would get if you were aware of their needs and how you can be a benefit and not a curse to them.

Freddie Mac – If doing a limited cash out and borrower is bring less than $500 to closing then you do not have to prove assets. Assuming LP is not requiring reserves.

Freddie Mac – When using distributions from 401-K, IRA or Keogh you can take the combine value of all of these accounts in order to calculate the 3 year continuance. This could be a great marketing opportunity to educate borrowers.
