Last week it was a bit of up and down and after the dust settled we lost 34 bps on conventional loans which is $340 per 100K in loan size in yield.

On the government side of the isle we actually gained 12 bps so as I continue to preach make sure you check all products for all customers. That is a $460 per 100K in loan amount yield difference last week between conventional and govy loans.

Don’t forget we have lock and look program where you can lock now while your borrowers look for a property and the fully underwritten TBD properties so you can give offers with a fully underwritten approval and you can close much faster with an already approved loan.

Marketing Ideas And Opportunites Little Things That Can Make A Big Impact

FINDING YOUR MOTIVATION

Do you struggle with finding motivation when business is moving slow? Or you just don’t know how to keep working when you’re not feeling it? You know what you need to do but you are just not doing it.

I have been doing these for years and actually I took a break from them due to the tyranny of the urgent and I missed them greatly so Lucy and I are back doing these again.

For best results a person should have no more than 3 major goals to focus on and they should be for a max of 90 days to accomplish. Each of those goals can be broken down in to what needs to be accomplished in 90 days, 60 days, 30 days and this week or however you do it.

You take what you need to accomplish this week to meet your 90 day goal and you create Jam Sessions within your day that focus solely on that objective.

You go on DND for 90 minutes. No more – No less. No interruptions and you focus on that one objective only. You will be amazed how much you can accomplish with NO interruptions in 90 minutes. DND is the key. Less than 90 you do not get in the zone, more than 90 you get mentally wore out. 90 is the key.

Choose a time that best fits your schedule and give it a try. I have heard a million times I cannot go off the grid for 90 minutes. YES YOU CAN! I do and do you notice it? Being busy and on the phone all day does not bring success. Accomplishing your goals effectively and efficiently is what brings success.
